I did check it out yesterday but didn't have the opportunity to post what I found out. The 24th was the first 9:1 up in the Naz and the 29th was the second. Here's what Marty said about double 9:1 days:

Winning on Wall Street, p.88 (pub 1994, paperback). Chapter 5. Since 1960 there have been 16 double 9:1 days, 1% decline was the lowest return 12 months later and 38% gain was the maximum. The latter had a set of 9:1's following the initial (8/92). Table included.

Of course we are always writing history and nothing is ever certain but I would pay attention to what Marty wrote
