He knew what needed to be done for 12 years to get those lifted. The blood is on HIS hands...not ours. I feel ZERO guilt for the ramifications of sanctions that could have been lifted with compliance.

If Saddam can easily illegally import chemicals and biologics for weapons systems, he could just as easily illegally import antibiotics for his people.

Oh! I'm sorry. You don't want to hold Saddam accountable for any of his people's misery. After all, he is merely Iraq's ruler.
