DOW 8130 looks like a good line in the sand. It would make the c=1.62xa if the feb 13 move is indeed a flat and it is near the top of that late Jan congestion. Beyond that and we are either in the 'C' up or a higher degree correction IMO.

Regarding GE, I am watching for a potential triangle as well as a potential flat (from the Oct low). We would of course be near the end of the 'c' in that case.

Re QQQ, I'm amazed by the RSI of the NDX vs. COMP. That's not a positive here. NDX is soooo close to the December highs, while COMP is still a long ways off. The fact that a narrow list is leading says to me that this a trader-led speculative rally.

Only thing moving faster is SOX...

You won't catch me going net long until I see broader averages outperforming the narrow ones.
