Duh. Just like the current corporate income tax. Except today, the corporation's income is taxed a second time to the consumer/shareholders who own the stock.

Corporations don't pay taxes. Those taxes are simply passed through to the corporation's customers.

Of course, but without any with holding taken out, you would have a bigger paycheck to start out with. And it would eliminate a lot of guys like tax lawyers, who do nothing but figure out ways to avoid paying taxes. Eliminate the deductions, and you don't need ways to avoid them.
