The only thing I am certain of is that we are not about to begin a cyclical bull market run and that this is another 3-6 week (if that) bear market bounce off of oversold technical levels. Having said that, at what Nasdaq level to you feel comfortable beginning short positions on the NDX? 1450? 1500? Can we go as high as 1600 (a 30% bounce from the interim low of 1250 on Wednesday)?
