You dont get it. The reason France was against us was not just Bush's arrogance but the fact that their national oil company thought they had the Iraqi oil deal, and now Bushie companies and BP will get the deals. And Elf is cut out. Other than oil, there is nothing of value in Iraqi except dates. Bush did not invade Iraq for dates, or WMD's or to feel like a big man. Bush doesn't even nkow for sure if Saddam has WMD's. There's no proof. Bush is doing it for oil. Oil is the bread and butter GW Bush. Oil fueled his entire career. He knows where his bread is buttered. And US oil firms cannot wait to get in there. Halliburton may be the biggest benefiary of all as they will rebuild the fields and supply the equipment and manpower. Over ten years it could be a 500 billion dollar deal for Bush's favorite companies.
