"I give it 60/40 that Saddam leaves Iraq."

I can do better than that, I give 10 to 1. He's out. He leaves on his own accord, we drag him out, or he leaves his body behind as he exits temporal existence. Any takers?

>>>There is still hope. I give it 60/40 that Saddam leaves Iraq.<<<

What if he does leave the country and then comes back as soon as the US military leaves? Will the US kill his supporters so he'll have no one helping were he to return? That'd be sorta behaving like we're accusing him of behaving. In fact, is not our invasion of Iraq similar to Saddam's invasion of Kuwait?

Add in false statements, fabricated documents, misinterpreted or open to interpretation intelligence materials, reliance upon 12-year-old plagerized writing, a constantly-changing reason for even having this war in the first place, and, well, how can anyone say: Oh, why not--let's go in and kill the Iraqis!

Saddam has a lot of enemies that hate him. He rules through fear and intimidation.

Some of his most loyal military officers probably hate him, but they fear him more.

What are the odds of Saddam's assassination, on the day of our attack? It would be great to enter Baghdad to singing, dancing and many white flags.
