i don't think so.

same is true for iran.....

and of course i would be remiss not to point out the highly educated iraqi population living in exile...a huge number, who, if they repatriate in large numbers, will simply add to the emergence of iraq as a more moderate arab state and potentially stabilizing force in the ME.
