Unfortunately there has yet to be any demonstration of that level of competence. And sadly, these little head fake dead cat bounces have yet to produce a sustainable rally. The Asian and European markets have been making multi year and multi decade lows all year. Everything is connected and the US does not enjoy a multilateral economy. Trying to catch a falling knife on a suckers rally is suicide in this market.
