Augie, I use these volumes for ST timing, but what significance do the 2 90% days have for the intermediate future. Are there metrics or heuristics that are bandied about to describe such situations? BTW, now I hear the French will join the coalition IF the Iraqis use chemical weapons. France is like a little spoiled child. Now that the USA has rules them irrelevant and has decided to move without them, they cave and invent some stupid little condition so they can tag along. BOTOH, they've had their Carrier in place for a couple weeks now. They may have been planning to join in all along, making all this noise for whatever political purpose. My guess is that France will retain a cut of the oil pie, along with the Russians. Warp
