Yes, the few nations left with 2-party systems will eventually evolve to the level of the rest of the world.

i already expressed my opinion about US involvement overseas.
it has been always and everywhere disastrous, and that includes WW1 and WW2.
besides, i think the US and the israeli theocracy should disarm before they preach disarmament on others, OR else stop using moral arguments to justify this war -insulting everyone's intelligence- and be honest instead.
they might have had more luck at the UN that way.
Jacques Chirac is not the "extreme far right".
real american conservatives have traditionally been isolationists, that was their finest hour.
this "USA as GLOBOCOP" ambition, while attempting to disarm everyone else and render multilateral organizations irrelevant, is a new phenomenon.

they don't.
there are other words that are fast on the way of being emptied of meaning by the unscrupulous way in which american propaganda uses them:
"liberate Iraq" (kill hundreds of thousands, invade and occupy militarily forever after a sovereign country)
"bring freedom to Iraq" (colonize Iraq and steal their mineral resources)
"coalition of the willing" (total diplomatic isolation except for the bribed)
"disarm Iraq" (arm Israel with nuclear, biological, chemical, and conventional weapons)
"oil belongs to the iraqi people" (in theory only)
"vision for the MidEast" (create the zionist dream of Greater Israel from the Mediterranean to the Persian Gulf, veto all UN resolutions condemning Israel)
"american forces" (Israel's mercenaries)
"enforce UN resolutions" (violate the UN charter)
etc etc
