I think there are corporate clowns who buy the BS that the Iraq situation is holding things up, and that commodities prices will fall once the war premiums are removed.

I can't say how big the impact is, but I'm pretty sure it's there. If war happens, they will go ahead and act, especially if commodities do indeed dip.

The big surprise is going to be when commodities don't dip as much as expected, which would be obvious if anyone was paying attention to the money supply and the garbage spewing forth from our monetary authorities.
