You said that Hitchens is embracing every right sided (conservative) issue he can find.

I think we both know that isn't true.

He is at odds with most of the left on the question of forcible disarmament of Iraq.

When the "Hitchens right wing conversion" balloon drops, left-wingers now retreat to remarks regarding his Guiness consumption (which may be more legend, than fact). In your mind I suppose his Kissinger "work" was all developed before he discovered hops?
