Because this administration is not about nation building. re: Taking out one of the neighborhood bullies doesn't guaranteed a new neighborhood. It worked in Europe when we took out Hitler. Everyone seems to want to make Saddam and Iraq analogous to Hitler and Europe. They aren't.......there are few similarities. The odds of turning Iraq into a democracy are virtually nil. ted
