When All Arab states abide by UN Resolution 181, the first UN resolution regarding Israel, the establishment of the state of Israel, then you might have a point. As it stands many Arab states do not acknowledge the right of Israel to exist.

However, when All Arab states abide by 181, I suspect resolutions like 242 and others will be moot.
