I'm not yet overly concened about the pneumonia issue, but given some of the nasty antibiotic resistance strains of bacteria out there, it's inevitable that we'll likely see another pandemic similiar the Spanish Flu epidemic that caused between 20-40 million deaths (depending on the stats you rely upon)..
