Hi Clappy: You mentioned staying with the ITM or ATM options. Good plan for options I think. That's been my style for years although I use ITM more than ATM.

On the stocks and swing trades, I've just started doing that again in the past year or so. In recent years, I only played options, no stocks for trading. However, I have continued to buy stocks on dollar cost averaging for long term, and I've not deviated from that plan for over 3 decades. But, for trading stocks, I have built positions for trading like on swing trades you mentioned, plus for selling cc's and selling puts.
