It may be the lightening rod the Republicans and the thinking part of the Democrats need. There are some times in American affairs that it is time to just put away all the petty crap....and Daschle has just shown he can't, and therefore isn't worthy of holding the office he currently holds. If our Military is hit with ANY WMD, or if we here in this country is hit with ANY WMD again, including planes, or any number of other terrible things, we will hold Daschle and others like him responsible. These are the people who have done NOTHING for years, years, years......allowing Saddam, and North Korea, and Heaven only knows how many other countries and separate terrorist groups to thrive and continue building these WMD.
