I conclude that the brand and brave new world is off to a rocky start as evidenced by the fact that you being a Canadian have expressed your utter disgust at your Canadian government and the general Canadian citizenship over their posture on the coming Iraq war. That fractionalization amoungst populations and betwixt countries is the first dividend of the new and brave world you speak of. It's a wobbly start and has the same hollow ring as ( do you remember this) the "Peace dividend". The first order of business in this brave new world is to spend a generation and repair the damage done to international relations. Thanks for the warm friendly Canadian kickoff.
