lots of people thought Irish and polish jokes were "just good fun" and I've run into people who think mocking blacks is quite the treat It's no good mocking people because of their nationality, really, is it? harmless? Well if you want people to think it's ok to make fun of a class of people based on where they happen to be born, then I guess it's harmless. But I don't happen to think that kind of group think is harmless. It's dehumanizing propaganda. It's the first step.
