Market is continuing robustly as U.S. says they think the Iraqi army will surrender very quickly. They have 'chatter' the southern troops will surrender immediately(with the southern troops that is expected, the southern shiite Iraqi's despise Hussein---read NYT old article, shiites seek their enemy(U.S.) to liberatate them--but goes on to say they then expect them leave post haste or they will fight them). But amazing, yesterday the chatter they heard was the southern troops were setting up WMDs and now the chatter is saying they are laying down their arms:)Max NYT reports that Al Queda as been getting new recruits by the thousands the past two weeks because of the Iraq matter.
