And there is proof of that Thomas. Look at the 1999 US Report to the House of Representatives on North Korea. (look in Search here under North Korea 1999)... I was reminded by one of my liberal friends some time ago that the sub committee that produced this report were mostly Republicans. Yes that is true. Oh, those dratty Republicans....Being honest again. The Democrats seem to hate that! and by the way, that report was several years BEFORE North Korea finally 'fessed up last October.
