Yes but at the time North Korea had all required technology to create nukes thanks to the clinton gore diplomatic achievements. Also North Korea was exporting missiles and developing longer range missles. So in the long run a nuke landing in the US is far far worse than 9-11.

And as we now see the total stupidity of clinton in giving North Korea the nuke material factories, we also realize how stupidly he wasted away the intelligence capabilities of America. Seeing the retardation of clinton's North Korea policy is far more obvious than the systemic wasting of intelligence capability.

All of this is beyond the poisoned mangled brain.
