I'm positive. The error in that passage is even far greater than that flaw. "Launch Codes" are no where near the President. Those are entirely different and located [in some form] with the deployed forces. For the President, one should be saying things like National Command Authority and Edit: authenticator[s]. There are literally thousands of launch codes used throughout the strategic and tactical forces to accommodate various strike options that are strategic or tactical in nature. jttmab
