from my one experience watching a jury get selected (I was the only guy that wasn't called up), I am convinced that I would never get selected for any jury.

At a certain point, it isn't going to be worth it to get insurance. It is too damned difficult to get reimbursed now as it is.

I find it odd that during the 30's, 40's, 50's nearly every adult smoked. Contrary to what we read, these folks are now living longer than ever before. Last week they again raised the average life span in the U.S. to 77. As for second smoke, I think the continuing expansion of life span kinda puts that in the same realm as other 'urban legends'....
