1. Keep my money (it's an instinctive thing)

2. Aside from that, make sure that when I give out my money, it's used responsibly. I'd rather have elected officials who will use my money more effectively than I can than ones who will just give it back to me.

If ANYONE on this board can explain this to me in a way that makes sense, I'll personally write a $100 check to the Bureau of the Public Debt and mail it today.
