Intelligence gathering and analysis is not an exact science...most intelligence findings from satellite imagery and other forms of ELINT and HUMINT constitute educated guesses...it is rare that smoking guns present themselves or that targets speak in the clear about their aims and designs.......

Powell presented the best estimates/guesses/analyses of our itelligence services. There is no shame in that, even in being proved wrong, although no one has.....These kinds of "issues" are raised by people who long to see America fail.....

If I were you, I would try very hard to remember "that part of the presentation".

There was nothing else. And the "Al-Qaeda camp" was no proof in itself, as we both agree. You know why? Because in all likelihood there is no such relationship between the Islamist extremist terror organization that attacked the US and the SECULAR dictatorship it does not even sympathise with.
