I think you forgot the word "not" here.

OK I have my answer which is not a good solution at least from my perspective. What I'm hearing is that IPOs are probably going to show these huge options expenses, and those "in the know" are going to ignore it, international and individual investors won't have a clue- this will depress demand for hot IPO shares and institutions will benefit from it.

Since IPOs have always been shady the options expensing crowd thinks this is ok.
