Buy what you want. Such an arrest at a resort community, on a weekend, for someone in his mid- 20s and still in grad school, is very trivial. The news reports said he was at the legal limit. I would myself not file it away in memory as an "arrest". Bush did not lose his title as pilot, he ceased to fly, which is different. His aircraft was being phased out, and he was close to having enough points to get honorably discharged. Since I do not remember the quote, nor its provenance, I will not comment on it.
