I have said for at least eight months now that it is: (1) A policy of regime change and not a policy intended primarily to disarm Iraq, and, (2) A part of the world where our interests cannot be discussed without reference to oil. I was slow to accept Israel as a part of the equation, but it is simply inescapable that Israeli interests are part of our decision process.
