The rule of thumb in the valley is 2 profitable quarters prior to IPO, I was hoping we could get back to that. Of course right now its almost impossible to IPO no matter what your financials look like.

If options are real expenses and a company wants to IPO with 100mm in these things on the books, which is about right, that doesn't look like a good business model to me. It pushes profitability WAY out there. This is if these things are real expenses.

I know we all know that the financial community is going to proforma these "expenses" out, just like John Chambers says.
