South Korea, we have helped to transform it from a dictatorship to a "civilian" democracy.

You have the right to believe they are good dictators because they are on your side. I call that fantasy. Off course I'm trying to give your concept of a good side the benefit of the doubt. In reality you may share many common beliefs with those you say are on your side and your concept of good I may find putrid and vile. Because who really knows what a dipy thinks.
