You can still say the Pledge of Allegiance AND speak your mind. That is what the Pledge of Allegiance is all about. That is certainly what the majority of our battles have been about. And the majority of our soldiers (even using your standards) who gave their life did so for that flag. Certainly you can at least say the pledge. Your post makes no sense what so ever.

This is one of the saddest times I have ever had as an American as well. The reason of course is reading the kind of garbage that you and your kind so irresponsibly pull from the depths of your obviously pea sized brains. What kind of total and complete fool would say something like this.......... <<THis is one of the saddest times I have ever had as an American. I went to a group meeting last night and couldn't say the Pledge of Allegiance cause I can't blindly follow this foreign policy course that our current leaders are following.>> You and your "I live in fantasy land" types continue to show your total ignorance by attempting to prove that you know more than the very best intelligence the world has ever known. You know nothing about the foreign policy of which you speak. It shows with every word you type. You think by watching a little television or reading some articles printed on net makes you some sort of know-it-all authority on what 'really' is going on. Get real. You are obviously living in 'make believe land'.

I went to a group meeting last night and couldn't say the Pledge of Allegiance Let me help you out. “I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.” I'm sure the real reason is that you don't know the words. What was the group? AA?
