Velo..nice comments; that is why, if you miss the 2-3 day ramp-a-thon, you then begin to short in small sizes.

I'd think a short in QQQ high 26s is profitable, sooner or later.

If you can't catch this ramp, then you wait for 10% or so move off the most recent low, then initiate shorts, in small amounts. Only God knows how much higher big boys can ramp this.

Your descriptions are well put. The investor mentality will have to be completely unwound before this bear is over. Unfortunately, they (The FED, et al) want to prolong and delay the inevitable as long as possible. This is really too bad. Would have been much better to take the medicine early and "do the right thing". That means quit pumping liquidity into an already horrendously debt ridden economy. What are they thinking? Put a little more gasoline on that fire, would ya.. Sheesh. The world's economy is at stake here, but it's much too convenient to take the easy path.
