invictus, tell your Mom there are no Blue Bird eggs yet. The last two years she has laid the first one on March 21.

We had that huge snow recently and I think that delayed their schedule.

We are checking every day. Momma goes in the house each day, and Pappa Blue Bird sits nearby on a limb standing watch.
