Ted Re... We were talking about Bush's attention span when it comes to building a democracy and then you turn around and say he has a great attention span when it comes to the war on terrorism? So what? There's no comparison and no surprise there......

Once again, Gw will stick with it, because democracy is Gw's answer to combating terrorism. If GW doesn't stick with establishing democracy, Gw will have dropped his war on terrorism.

that's the easy stuff. Building a democracy from scratch or rebuilding a nation that has been running the wrong way from years is very tough work......virtually impossible work.

Who the heck brainwashed that one onto your head. Over 100 nations have converted to either partially, or totally, to democracy the last 80 yrs. Democracy is gaining momentum, not losing it. Communism is on the decline, as well as monarchies and dictatorships. The people of Iraq aren't as stupid as you think. Give them a chance. My bet is that they will respond. Afghanistan will be a tougher nut to crack.

There are strong reasons why this president is so hated......why the world is mostly revolted by him. Its to bad you are so blinded by your idolization of the man and the right's agenda to see truly what sits in DC.

Sure, Gw is a republican. There has always been a left wing conspiracy out there. Secondly, France and Chirac hardly means the world. Thirdly, if they find a lot of WMD, particullarily a nuclear program, in Iraq, Bush will be the hero, and you liberals will be the fools again. We will see.
