Yeah, I think the only way Hans "Cluseau" Blix could do any good is if he did it in true Inspector Cluseau fashion. You know, stumbles onto some WMD (without realizing it, of course) and by comic scene after comic scene all the WMD and Iraqis trying to guard them somehow end up in custody of the UN.
