If you notice my last "post", I was going to post that but if you look you will find the info in the article, misleading. If you look, you will find that Knowling seems VERY valuable ESPECIALLY for everyone's new wireless initiative. This is the main thrust of the article. BUT, the anti takeover measures and the executive compensation amendments seem troublesome BUT I have not read the Proxy statement AS THIS GUY has not, so I don't have an opinion, yet. So I felt that posting that article actually lent to the distribution of bad information.
