While they don't say what the mobile laboratories are for, one can guess. Isn't that the smoking gun? Looks like Gw will absolutely win his bet, if indeed, they are found and confirmed. What is interesting, is that the Iraqi reported them to the UN on the 15th of March, yet I didn't hear Mr Blix mention them this morning. I thought Mr Blix said nothing of importance was in those papers Iraq handed over. And I haven't heard anything on Fox news about the labs.
