It just means that the move off feb 13 can't be a flat correction and a down count was completed at the March 12 low. Until 8245 is violated we are at risk for simply turning down hard from right here and making a new low. Once violated, it would be confirmed that we are then either correcting the Dec 2 dump with a 3 wave move or, as Allan favours, we are tacking on a brother wave 'C' to the October launch. The latter obviously has much higher price targets.
