I do not view this as a game. I do not view killing Saddam as our most important foreign policy goal. I do not believe anybody closely involved in foreign policy views disarming Iraq as vital to our security as this point in time -- certainly not in comparison with the pressing issues we face in North Korea. I do not believe that invading Iraq will accomplish anything of real importance or lasting significance. I do believe that our approach to foreign policy will make achieving our goals for national security far more difficult.
