Edit: I don't need to read Auric. I know that they almost went bankrupt. This is a hype play. It did the same thing in the first iraqi war. I was told that it would skyrocket at war time a month and a half ago. Last week was the time to play it when it was at 40 cents.

Edit: I am not a fan or Auric for his style, hype, etc....

WEL is certainly not a long term play. The fact remains that it has a relationship with HAL and would likely be tapped to deal with oil well fires. I missed the golden goose...
