Since when is the President's adherence to his oath of office not playing by the rules....The President's job is to advance American interests and security...and that is EXACTLY what he is doing....

BTW, the US Senate nixed Kyoto.....99-0.

I guess you feel that China plays by the rules? Russia? Iraq? Iran? Syria? Cuba? Libya? Rhodesia? Saudi Arabia? Lebanon? Somalia?

Show all of the democratic nations, who's lead the US should follow.
