May I ask for the link to this "IQ" test, please.
I went to the Oregon Center for Public Policy website:
ocpp.org

and went to their search and put in "Iraq" or "IQ test"
and for Iraq it shows no documents listed and IQ test shows
6 for poverty guidelines.

This is their email notice:

Spammers often use tools to glean e-mail addresses from websites. Due to a serious increase in spam at OCPP, we are removing all live e-mail links from our web site and modifying the way our email addresses are displayed.

IMHO someone added their name(OCPP) to this piece of garbage for whatever reason.

Question #10--
10. Q: Did Iraq develop these chemical & biological weapons on their own?
A: No, the materials and technology were supplied by the US government, along with Britain and private corporations.

from the 1991---SIPRI report
During the second UNSCOM investigation in Iraq in August, a list was compiled of companies which had supplied technology to the Iraqi CBW programme. According to August press reports, 207 companies from 21 countries were involved in the buildup of Iraq’s CW capability.[35] The list was not released, but governments can obtain information on the involvement of companies from their own country upon special request to the UN.[36] The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) also reported on the support given the Iraqi nuclear programme by foreign companies.[37]

The answer to #52 is Iraq. I'm curious, is this an IQ test about a possible war with Iraq or a possible war with Israel?
