Kinda hard to dissent once you have joined up. All they can do is hope nothing bad happens til they can exit their term of duty. Which is what 5 friends deployed already from their guard unit plan to do. And 2 West Point graduates that had intended to stay in for the full 20 years, will be exiting at their earliest opportunity as well. One only 5 years shy.
