Silly post. Ashcroft has done nothing to imperil the Constitution....the Courts review DOJ actions and keep the government from over reaching just as the Constitutional system provides. The right of posters like Tom and the others to state their opinion relative to the statements posters like TP and others post is equally protected by the Constitution. Freedom of speech cuts both ways. Personally I think that with 250,000 troops poised to go into harm's way...statements like Dasshole's, TP's and others are ill timed at best.
