After reading some of the above posts I hesitate to get in to this thread but I do have some questions>

Are all gorillas born full size monopolies or do some of them grow up from little babies?

Is looking for potential gorillas, or babies, prohibited by the rules of the game? [which is what my reading of your argument seems to imply

My hobby is looking for the next POLOROID, XRX , DIGITAL EQUIOPMENT, in infancy rather than trying to identify a fully grown gorilla to latch on to in the hope that it may become even bigger

It is a lot easier to double from zero but if that is not the purpose of this thread could you please aim me in the right direction
