Jim, one catch. The Chinese "Long March" processor requires Gallium Arsenide (GaAs). I'm not familiar with GaAs, but I've heard horror stories on how that material is far from viable for high-volume manufacturing.

Maybe some of the semiconductor veterans on this thread can share more. In any case, I don't see this as anything more than hype and vapor.
