The discoverer of DNA has found the strand that causes 'stupidity'. He is asking for volunteers from the Democratic party to test if this strand can be modified. He has excluded Daschle and Kerry as they may be too diffcult to treat and fears failure in their cases. AS and TP, among others, should receive their invitations soon.
