Boy, that was a post that got way blown out of proportion. My original point was that Bush has somewhat resurrected his previous image, and may well want to rest on his laurels after one term. The thing that galls me a little is that he never came out and said "Yes, I tried cocaine", or "No, I never touched the stuff". Considering he represents the supposedly 'moral' end of the spectrum, he should have come clean like he did on his alcoholism. The funny thing is that the Demos can't make a big thing about it, because most of them have dabbled in all kinds of stuff (and some, like Kennedy, clearly suffer today because of it). :)
